2 stay informed When did you last update your office practice information with El Paso Health? C OVID-19 brought about several office practice changes, so having accurate and current information related to your office demographics is of the utmost importance. It makes it easier to complete these searches when our members are seeking health-care services through our Provider directories. It is very important that you: ■ Verify that your information is correct by reviewing your practice profile on our directory. ■ Submit demographic changes whenever any of your practice information changes. We ask that you, as a Provider, submit ALL applicable information to avoid potential delays. HHSC performs random audits to ensure the accuracy of our Provider directories, and an internal review is conducted by our Provider Relations Department on a monthly basis. Provider directories are available in the following formats: ■ Print: available for pickup at our office or mailed to members upon request. ■ Online PDF version: available for viewing or for printing on our website. ■ Online Provider Search: an interactive search option available on our website. Updates may be made and discrepancies may be corrected using the Provider Demographic Form, which can be found on our website at elpasohealth.com under “Providers” > “Provider Forms” > “Credentialing Packet Forms.” The completed form may be returned using 1 of the following: ■ Email: contracting_dept@elpasohealth.com . ■ Fax: 915-298-7870 .
